September 2025: Developments and Property Sales
There’s been a lot happening around the neighborhood lately, and we want to make sure you’re informed.
102 Scenic View Rd has had Rayon City neighbors turning heads recently. It is being advertised as the following: “Prime opportunity for developers or investors. This 4-acre property has final site plans approved (to be recorded) for 10 single-family lots, each approximately 10,000 square feet. Approved architectural plans are included.”
We are thinking this could be similar to the new development in progress on Scenic View Rd.

In The Village, the Rhodes Building at 521 Old Hickory Blvd is still available.
In Lakewood, 2803 Old Hickory Blvd, currently a recording studio, is for sale and could be converted into a salon, office or boutique.
The former Robinson Flea Market site at 1409 Robinson Rd is now home to the Futbol Factory, a personalized soccer training hub. However, the location still has space available for lease.
3618 Old Hickory Blvd, is also for sale. Zoned MUN – Mixed-Use Neighborhood, this parcel provides exceptional flexibility for residential, commercial, or mixed-use development. The zoning allows for a variety of options, from single-family homes and townhomes to professional offices, retail space, or a combination of uses that create a vibrant, community-oriented setting.
In Rayon City, both 303 & 305 Bridgeway Ave are still listed.
Lastly, if you're looking for green space, check out One Mile Park in Madison. Just 12 minutes from The Village, it includes a dog park, walking trail and playground.
