Additionally, Trick or Treating is always a huge deal in the neighborhood. Happening on October 31st, rain or shine, the streets of Old Hickory Village are filled with thousands of residents of our own and neighboring communities. The highest concentration of trick-or-treaters and Halloween festivities are typically on the following blocks, so make sure you stock up with enough candy: Berry Street, Birdsall Street, Cleves Street, Donelson Avenue, Elliston Street, Hadley Avenue, Jones Street, and Lawrence Street.
Pro tip: if you’re commuting from Lakewood or Rayon City, park at the Old Hickory Library.
