Get involved with the Haunted Harvest Festival!

The Neighborhood Association is excited to announce that our annual Haunted Harvest Festival will take place Saturday, October 18 from 4-7 p.m. at the Ballfields on Hadley Avenue at 1700 Golf Club Road! Over one thousand attendees had a fantastic time last year, and we look forward to making 2025’s event even better.

We have several opportunities to get involved with our Harvest Festival. Whether you’d like to be a vendor, sponsor or simply volunteer, below are all the links you need to get prepared. If you’re unable to participate in these manners, donations for event production are always welcomed.

Sponsorship Information

Fundraising Goal: $5,000

Sponsorship Opportunities: Haunted Hayride, Kids Zone, Costume Contest Stage, Pumpkin Patch, and General Festival Operations

Sponsorship Minimum: $100

Sponsorship Methods: Monetary or In-Kind

Sponsorship Benefits:

  • Company name/logo displayed at event to over 1,000 attendees

  • Company name/logo advertised 

  • Promoted in local media

  • Acknowledged on Facebook and Instagram to over 7,300 organic followers (#tastefullyspooky)

  • Vendor fee waived

  • Making this beloved community staple happen!

The deadline to complete the form with high resolution PNG logos is September 27, 2025. 

Vendor Information

  • Vendor Fee: $50*

    • This fee helps cover the cost of the event. Vendors keep 100% of their profits.

    • *Non-profits and informational vendors not selling a service can participate for free.

  • Vendors must provide all of their own materials (tent, lighting, portable power, etc.)

  • Vendor forms are due Friday, September 12. If approved, you will be notified no later than September 20.

Volunteer Information

We need your help making this event a success! Our volunteer form contains several opportunities to get involved, including: event set-up, breakdown, trash pick-up, hayride coordinators, pumpkin patch monitors, kid zone helpers, and more. Volunteers work in shifts, so you’ll still have time to enjoy the event!

Safety is our main priority. Please reference the "Energy Scale" when completing the form. Choose your station(s) per your comfort level and at your own risk. Supplies and water will be provided.
