Community Center Grand Opening

The long-awaited moment has arrived! The Old Hickory Community Center grand opening is March 21st 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. It is open to the public and will be a wonderful event. Mayor Freddie O’Connell, Councilman Jeff Eslick, and former Councilman Larry Hagar, who was instrumental in securing its funding, will all be in attendance.

The event will also feature live music, program demos, and the installation of Old Hickory History’s new time capsule. Additionally, the Old Hickory Village Neighborhood Association will be in attendance. Come grab your chalk for the Community Yard Sale & Sidewalk Chalk Festival!

Come celebrate, lock in your membership, and start booking classes! The Community Center has already announced a Summer Enrichment Program for ages 6-14.
