New Year, New Neighborhood Board!

Dear Old Hickory,

Happy New Year! As the new Historic Old Hickory Village Neighborhood Association Board President, I want to first highlight the board's accomplishments in 2025. From hosting events like the Harvest Festival to officially regaining our 501(c)(3) status, I can say with certainty that we work hard to serve this wonderful community.

I would like to thank several board members who stepped down this year: Celeste Malone, Rachel Growden, and Jackie Bosch. The Neighborhood Association and the community as a whole have improved due to their hard work. Their contributions will be missed, but we look forward to carrying that work forward into 2026.

On that note, I also want to share that we have added several new members to the board this year! Please welcome: Katelyn Alderidge, Eric Alliman, Elizabeth Crockett, Mike Hoffman, Adaline Willis Smith, and Keaton Smith. They join myself, Zach Haught, and Alyssa McGuire from the previous board administration.

There is a lot in store for Old Hickory in 2026! Stay tuned for events, new developments, and ways to come together as a community.

With gratitude,

Hallie Wiedner

HOHVNA Board President
