Metro Codes 2026

Councilman Jeff Eslick announced earlier this month that 37138 is currently undergoing a Metro Codes audit. 

What does this mean? You will likely (or already have) seen Metro Codes employees driving through our neighborhoods checking to make sure Old Hickory is up to code. 

If you receive a citation, do not panic. You have time to take care of the issue before Codes issues a fine.
