Here are two recent property and development updates around Old Hickory and Lakewood:

2209 Old Hickory Boulevard, next door to the Lakewood Theater and currently home to Sunnyside Projects Art Gallery, is now listed for sale. 

101 Pitts Avenue, located next to the recycling center on Old Hickory Boulevard, recently appeared in the Nashville Ledger foreclosure notices. The listed auction date was April 24, 2026, though no updated ownership information is currently available. The previous owner was Pitts Avenue Self Storage, LLC.
