Harvest Fest 2026 is coming!

Planning has commenced for Harvest Fest 2026 and we’re hoping to make it another amazing community event.  We’ll start pushing out more info on social media in the coming weeks, but if you’d like a head start on Harvest Fest, here are some ways you can get involved!

1. SAVE THE DATE!  The most important thing you can do to help us make Harvest Fest a success is plan to attend!
   SATURDAY OCTOBER 17th at the Old Hickory Ballfields, 1400 Golf Club Rd.‍ ‍We love getting to see the community out in their costumed finery, enjoying the fun fall activities.  This year we’re hoping to add a few more experiences to the mix, and you won’t want to miss out!  There’s a reason that October in Old Hickory is the absolute best!!

2. Join our event planning committee!  We’re looking for enthusiastic neighbors with a passion for community events who want to help us with the planning process.  If you think you might be interested in joining the planning committee, please shoot an email to committees@oldhickoryvillage.org.

3. Volunteer for the actual event!  We can always use extra brains and hands to pull off our largest event of the year, and our neighborhood volunteers are invaluable.  If you’re ready to commit to volunteering, please fill out this Google form.  If you have some questions or want a little more info before you sign up, feel free to send an inquiry to volunteer@oldhickoryvillage.com.

4. Sell your wares!  Do you have a small business, passion project, or cool activity you’d like to share?  We’d love to feature you as a vendor and/or exhibitor at Harvest Fest.  Cost is only $50 for a space (free for non-profit orgs!) and you get to keep everything you make.  We’ve had around 1,000 attendees for the last several years and expect that trend to continue, so you’ll have plenty of eyes on your items!  If you’re interested, please fill out our Vendor Form.

5. Sponsor Us!  We can’t make Harvest Fest happen without the very generous financial support of our neighbors and sponsors.  We’re a small but mighty team, and we are always on the lookout for opportunities to get money back into our community events.  If you’d like to make a small donation to the cause, click here.  If you’d like to learn more about corporate sponsorship opportunities for Harvest Fest, please reach out to the board at info@oldhickoryvillage.org.
